Newport Beach Insurance Broker Sentenced to Prison

    4 years in prison for taking $5,720.36 in premium. That equates to $1,430.09 per year. I hope it was worth it!!

    Wait! You forgot that if this guy is enough of a loser to steal clients premiums, you should calculate his free room and board. His $5,720.36 theft will cost us over $200,000.00

    First of all, the 5 grand is not enough for one months rent or mortgage in Newport Beach, so he did not steal enough to get very far. Secondly, had he just conducted his business honestly he would have made more than that and probably could afford a home in Newport Beach. A few years from now he would still be living there and have a much better tan than the one he is going to get (except the one on his hide) in prison.
