Conduit Insurance Services of Irvine, Calif., has a new residential wrap market – “mini-wrap” available in California, Arizona and Nevada. The program is designed for smaller single-family and multi-family residential projects. One of the key features is it includes coverage for the builder, general contractor and enrolled subcontractors under an Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP).Policy Limits are up to $1 million/$2 million/$2 million. Coverage is being provided by a nonadmitted carrier rated “A” VIII. Deductibles are as low as $5,000. Minimum premium is $25,000. Endorsements are on an ISO Occurrence form.
