M.J. Hall has a preferred, admitted homeowners market that is rated “A-” by A.M. Best for California. For the California territory, an ISO HO 2000 program includes HO-3 HO4 HO-5 and HO-6. Coverage is available for homes that are owner-occupied as primary residence for familes of one to four. The program features multiple tier rating. Extended cost replacement of 150 percent is included in the base rate (for homes up to 50 years old). Coverage applies to homes built 1920 or later. Coverage A is up to $1 million.
