Nine in 10 women in America participate in or direct the financial decisions for their families. In addition, many are looking after their families’ everyday needs and have careers outside the home. With that in mind, Farmers Insurance Group of Companies has launched a new Web site for women called “Take Away The Worry.”
“In today’s tumultuous economic times, everyone is feeling the uncertainty of decision making,” explained C. Paul Patsis, president and CEO, Farmers New World Life Insurance Co.
The site includes financial information and resources to help families looking for sound information. “In addition to feature articles, there are reader surveys, helpful links, and discussions of non-insurance topics such as becoming a couple, self-pampering and mentoring,” Patsis said.
