Denver-based Van Gilder Insurance Corp. has created a new business unit designed to serve the housing-related commercial real estate market. The new unit will be called the Habitational Real Estate Division, and will serve all aspects of risk management related to residential commercial property ownership; including community associations, residential apartments, and fiduciary coverages.
Tony Dodd, who has been appointed Van Gilder’s director of Habitational Real Estate, will oversee the new practice. Pat Wilderotter will be the producer for the division. Brenda Thompson and Stacey Lee will round out the team as account manager and account associate for the unit.
