Tustin, Calif.-based Yates & Associates announced that Lew Morales III has joined the underwriting department as underwriter/broker – new business P&C.
Morales began his insurance career in 1991 with Robert Moreno Insurance Services in Fullerton, Calif. While there, Morales represented the company within California and was responsible for new business development. After more than 10 years, Morales moved onto the McGraw Group in Anaheim as national sales manager and tech support manager. He also instructed in-house courses for continuing education units and coordinated and led meetings and seminars. Morales left after several years and joined CNA as a field sales representative where he managed more than 150 agents in the Southern California area and assisted them in increasing revenue. In 2007, Morales rejoined Robert Moreno Insurance Services.
