Greeley, Colo.-based Flood & Peterson Insurance has received the “Delivering the Difference” award from Great West Casualty Co., recognizing the company as a top agency representing the West.
The national award honored Flood & Peterson’s Transportation Department for its service to the Colorado trucking industry, the company’s level of professionalism, pursuit of customer service and ongoing partnership with Great West.
Established more than 30 years ago, Flood & Peterson’s transportation team participates in safety activities with transportation customers, reviews customers’ claims issues and addresses any concerns.
“We know the risks associated with trucking and transportation – from the impact of regulatory changes at the national level to day-to-day safety issues with drivers,” said Rick Jenkins, executive vice president. “We regularly meet with transportation company owners and safety managers to develop and implement strategic programs on improving safety and reducing workers’ compensation claims.”
Flood & Peterson insures more than 300 individual owner operators, trucking companies and warehouse firms.
