Not only the above but he failed to pay his employees for the last 2 weeks of employment, vacation, or sick time. A portion of our salary was held back during the year as part of a “forced bonus” so that amt was also not paid out to us.
I was laid off b/c I had a part time job that “the company” did not approve of due to Jim’s morals…well look at where his morals left him….
yes, he put all of us in a financial hardship….if I factor in all of the above he owes me about $4000…the bigger picture here is that he stoled from our insured’s and stoled from his employees….I think the DOI should do more than just suspend his license they should revoke it…it is really sad, I trusted him and use to think Westland was the such a great place to work…I now think he is a liar and he should be punished for his crime..
I like Leana worked for Westland & I thought it was the best job in the world. I don’t understand how he can get away with not paying us employees the money he owes us.
