Three Insurance Companies Placed in Liquidation in Illinois

My name is Shane and I’m an injured worker that is being trampled over.
I spoke out in Casper last year and even gave everyone a pic and some info about myself and what I had been going thru.
I told the panel and the WC cowboys that the sytem was Faceless. They need a Meet and Greet between every injured worker and their case analyst.
This would give the analyst a much clearer understanding of what the claimant is actually going thru, living with, etc.
In turn this would undoubtedly reduce the amount they claim to spend on fraud investigators. And as far as investigators go, I wish they would have followed me for awhile…I may have had this taken care of a long time ago..lol
Anyways, over a year later and all I can say about WC that is remotely positive is, I finally have a local analyst that I can see face to face..Whew!
Aside from that I have not received any assistance since Feb of this year due to the 36 month rule.
I was then placed at Maximium Medical Improvement by my Neurosurgeon.
Months later I finally get to the IR. I am awaiting a second impairment rating at the current time because I was told by my analyst that the first rating which I received recently was too high(47%).
Today I received a certified letter telling me that my appointment for the second opinion impairemnet rating has been put back 2 more weeks. WTH?
The system keeps dragging me along like a rag doll and I have lost faith in it completely.
They really have no idea they birthed one hell of an advocate with this. My goal is to see that others don’t fall thru the cracks like I have.
