Only thing defeated were that costs could not be charged to the losing side. Not so sure that was a good defeat for anyone. I agree that plaintiff attorneys would have gained if the bill was passed. Not so sure that would have been bad, either. Getting to the socialism stage maybe; like our brothers in England, etc.Evening
