Jennifer Hetzel of AmWins Wholesale took first place in the annual CWC Speak-Off held by the San Diego Insurance Women on July 20, 2009.
She will now represent her association and compete on a state Level at the California Council meeting in September.
CWC is a competitive speaking class presented by associations that are members of the National Association of Insurance Women International. The class provides training in public speaking through delivery of a 3 minute prepared and 1 minute impromptu speech.
The runner up was Jeanne Bornhoft of Golden Eagle Insurance Corp. Other competitors consisted of Gia Blanco of Repp Gartner Insurance, Danila Martinez of CMR Risk and Insurance Services, Danielle McBride of BB&T and Elvira Chavez of Hartley Cylke.
