Must be a slow news day for the IJ
C’Mon Man!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Best-way, the site from AM Best, has this article that has never appeared in the Insurance Journal. Which I think is real insurance news.
“The Pennsylvania Insurance Department filed a complaint in the Commonwealth Court in an attempt to force Kingsway Financial Service Inc. to unwind what the department is calling a “set of sham transactions” related to the insurance company’s disposition of Lincoln General Insurance Co.”
Yet the Insurance Journal is reporting this tabloid article
Since when is Illinois considered a western state?
Sorry just re-read…I retract my comment
It’s as though the editor Googled “insurance agent” and got this hit–sad.
I don’t believe it. Lets see the videos.
IJ…..we have another peeper in here! :)
Since I’ve heard this story, I’ve been wondering how this guy had access to the peephole so he could rig it prior to the alleged peeping without anyone seeing him? Also how did he specifically ask for a room next to this babe without sending up red flags to hotel security? With his sneaky thinking talents he might prove an asset to some SIU unit. Oh well, it beats a story about actuaries or some political hack.
Since when is an insurance executive an Agent? How many of your company executives can you find in your state’s OIC “Find and Agent”? And furthermore, in an attempt at bieng politically correct shouldn’t he be labeled a Producer, much like a greeter at one of our most popular corporate retailers?
Yes I’ve seen her and that’s why I refer to her in my post as this “babe” as opposed to this “girl”, this “woman” or this “person of the female gender”.
Real nice, guys.
I know Ms. Andrews’ uncle and it’s a damned good thing he didn’t find this guy first.
This really upset her and it’s not like she’s a Hollywood celebrity, for which crap like this is a fact of life. Her privacy was violated.
I know it’s easy to make comments when it’s not personal – I’m guilty of that myself – but let’s pretend this was your daughter, wife, niece, etc. and keep it cool.
Thanks.
I’d also like to report that Bob Stanley, an insurance agent from Hades, New Mexico recently visited Las Vegas where he parked his car at the Sands and, after walking toward the casino, has not seen for the last 3 hours.
Initial reports indicate he may be sitting at a card table having a great time although other witnesses say after losing 20 straight hands he retired to his room where he is not clutching his knees to his chest and crying about how his wife “is going to kill [him]“.
Call to his room have not been answered at press time.

Dip, that is the most disrespectful thing I’ve ever read in this comment arena.
He’s a sales rep with Combined Insurance out of an Illinois office, maybe Chicago?
Looks like the editor reads these posts after all. Good move!
Rob or Big Mike, I hope you didn’t take my comments to mean that I condone what happened, or made light of the indecency of what was done. I know I said to give me a call when J-Lo or Jessica Simpson are in town. But my real point was that this had to be more than just 1 guy stalking for some peephole photo’s. There was too much that he knew, or was able to find out, and he had to have help! That is what I was saying.
Stunned Stanley, my “editor reading” comment was in response to the removal of the post by Dip, which was so disrespectful, in it’s tone, towards anyone who may have been a stalking victim. Yours was not offensive in any way, Stan; I got the humour and the point you were making re how much work seemed to go into the whole peeping thing by the “insurance executive.”
Now, don’t forget the gravy with your turkey tomorrow!!
First, does anybody know who this guy is an “Executive” for? What carrier, or what agency?
Second, is it really that easy? The next time J-Lo or Jessica Simpson are in town, can I just call the hotel and ask for an adjacent room? Really? There has to be more to this story that never came out.
This guy knew her travel schedule over many states, he knew what hotels she was staying in, and he was able to get adjacent rooms. There is more than just a “peeper” involved in this scam. I smell cover-up!!!!
let’s see if he can buy his way out of this….money talks
Wow, just stating that he was a rep with Combined tells so much…..
I have daughters and he would be history if he worked for my company.
