Astonish Results has added Ganis Consulting to its insurance marketing and Web services team. Ganis Consulting is an insurance agency consultancy and business brokerage that helps agencies across the country with agency operations analysis, consulting, buyer/seller representation and valuations.
Since 2005, Ganis Consulting has been helping agencies streamline operations and understand the complex acquisition process. The process of becoming part of Astonish Results started with an industry association-sponsored speech about agency culture change by Astonish CEO Adam DeGraide and President Tim Sawyer.
“Hearing the words ‘sales culture’ next to ‘insurance agency’ really helped me understand Astonish is about more than just Web sites and Internet marketing,” said Ganis Consulting Founder Stuart Ganis. “Since then, I’ve continued working with Astonish from the outside, so this decision was really born out of a shared vision to fix what’s broken in the insurance industry.”
While the Ganis Consulting brand will eventually be phased out and incorporated into Astonish, the three-person team of Stuart Ganis, Mary Ganis and Jerry Pickett will continue serving existing clients indefinitely, while maintaining membership in the Alliance of Insurance Agents and Brokers (AIAB) and select California trade organizations.
Astonish Results CEO Adam DeGraide said, “With over 50 years of combined industry experience, the Ganis Consulting team brings a wealth of insurance knowledge and networking opportunities to Astonish Results. I can’t think of any players I’d rather have on my team.”
Astonish Results is a full-service digital marketing, search engine optimization and customer relationship management (CRM) provider focused on the needs of insurance agents.
