Tustin, Calif.-based Yates & Associates announced that Pat Piccinonno has joined the firm as property/casualty underwriter. He will be responsible for new business production.
Piccinonno began his insurance career in 1973 in New York and continued in the industry with his move to California in 1980. A specialist in program business and the excess and surplus lines marketplace, Piccinonno was most recently with Westrope General. Previously, he was president of Lionheart Insurance, spent five years at R.E. Chaix & Associates and prior to that was an underwriter at Yates & Associates.
