Here comes hundreds of new crooks creating “fake electric Insurance I D Cards”.
Cops MUST verify the data or this does not help anyone.
MVD must also stop holding notices of suspension for 5 months before sending to
    Registered owners.
MVD claims VIN mismatches cause months of loops and reconciliation when the
Alleged VIN mis-matches can be held aside and the remainder
    Mailed!
AZ is afraid of offending someone when notifying them of no car insurance!
If they have every registered VIN and all reported insurance for those VINs,
MVD should know exactly who does NOT have auto insurance.
Independent insurance agent systems will not ALLOW an erroneous
    Vin to be used.
It appears the captive antiquated systems must!

If you are placing coverage with a company, what’s to say THEY won’t send an erroneous VIN to MVD?

So help me out here, When an officer pulls you over and asks for proof of insurance, all you have to do is say “yep, I got it”. But what happens if you have an accident and are unconscious?

I am guessing the same thing if you have an accident in which you can’t get to your proof of insurance due to the accident crunching up your car — it is pending further investigation information. People would be able to carry their proof of insurance on their Smart Phones — but if you let someone borrow your car, could be some problems if you don’t keep evidence in your car.
