ACS is a wretched company that treats employees like garbage.
It is filled with unqualified execs and Vice Presidents that are motivated solely by quarterly incentives. Funny thing is, none of these folks would last 10 minutes in a real corporation. After all, those that can’t, consult right? Upper level management and execs are all part of “the good ole boy consultant buddy network.” So, if you are buddy’s with Anand V, Mike T, David E and Wayne G; you should look them up and go and get yours, before they take it all themselves. Just be careful, they think they’re really good liars.
The place is an ethical nightmare that starts at the top and filters down into the mid management level.
ACS brags of their “pursuit of relentless simplification” and markets themselves as “uncommon sense.”
Haha…more like “no sense.”
It won’t be long until this company is destroyed or swallowed up by GCI and ultimately “digested.”
Trust that all the execs have an exit strategy, unfortunately the employees don’t.
