good gosh didn’t the family at the open casket funeral notice something wrong before they let Ms. Rodriguez get buried? Noone asked “who’s that in granny’s dress?” How sad.

Wonder who the insurance professional was for Rose Hills? Morticians or Undertakers Professional Liability typically provides coverage for such events including misdelivey of dead bods.(Unfortunate in America but quite amusing in the UK from whence I hail)

I can understand being upset, but if the mortuary stepped up and “fixed” the problem what is the point in proceeding with a lawsuit? no reason; life goes on – – – (except for grandma, and I’m sure she probably thought it a little humorous that everybody made such a big deal out of it)

What’s the point? Why, some lawyer stands to profit handsomely at the expense of a greedy insurance company, of course. It’s all about easy money. That makes two sad mistakes in this instance.

Greedy Insurance Co. Where did that come from? They are going to pay for the lawsuit, lawyers fees, all that pain, suffering, and mental anguish.
