Quote of Note
There are still a few missing pieces to the puzzle. With some work over the next years, I think there is going to be a significant improvement in the ability to allow banks to fail.

0/10. Cmon Rosie, you can do better than that.
Anyone see the sarcasm in Rosie’s comments?
No, she did not wear it during her interview and for some time after she was hired. She just decided one day to start wearing it. Sounds pre-meditated to me. Also, she was offered SEVERAL other positions that do not interact with the public. This was on our local news yesterday evening.
I wonder if Ms. Boudlal wore her head scarf during the job interview.
Knowing a little bit about the protocol that Walt Disney Co. utilizes, it’s curious that she did not know during the interview process and again in orientation that this organizaiton has very strict dress regulations.
Sounds like another disgruntled employee looking for any excuse to cash in without having to work for a living…….
They should open a new “JihadLand” section of the park. Think of all the cool rides and games.
now that made me LOL
Rides like It’s an Infidel World, Hall of Ayatollahs, IED Mountain, Haunted Mosque…
Oh, I get it. That’s hilarious because every Muslim is a terrorist. Now, on the real issue, sounds like Disney went out of their way to accomodate her. The judge should have an easy decision with this one.
Defend muslims and attack christians.
Great idea!
You know forget about honor killings, and that Muslim religion is why women are still to this date treated like trash in every country with the religion. Yeah. Forget about all that Muslim religion is great! Forget that it was made by a man who basically conquered trbies and instilled war into his people.
Those Muslims are great! And those Christians bomb people in the name of Christianity all the time! They have Jihad! They so attack gays which is the same!
I know you attack christianity more than you attack muslims. Go defend someone who needs it.
Never attacked Christians, I am one. It’s just, last time I checked, there is freedom of religion in this country. Now, I don’t think this employee deserves any sort of settlement. Disney tried to reposition her and keep her on board. She made her own bed.
Also, um, Crusades? Every religion has gone to war. Every religion has extremists. And, it always will be that way.
Don’t forget Mohammeds magic carpet ride
Mohammeds magic carpet ride? Does that come with an eight year old girl you can marry and four other wives? If you don’t finish the ride you are you taken outside and stoned for being weak? Oh wait, those are things Mohammed himself would/DID do…. We could also throw in a game where your wife gets to answer questions. If she gets them wrong, or her ankle is showing, or anything crazy really, you are allowed to light her on fire and sing praises to Allah!!!!
WooHoo!!! Disney is going to be great this year. We’ll call it Disney Mecca. There will even be a section of the park we claim to have lived in, although we never did, and we’ll call that area Disneystine.
This will be the best vacation ever!!!
You guys are too funny. You should form a hate-group.
In a case like this, she should have to pay for Disneyland’s defense expenses when she loses her case.
If she wins, then every employee should sue Disneyland in the same court under the same judge. “They made me wear a mouse costume.” “That was nothing, they made me wear a Goofy costume.” That should be worth millions of dollars. Argh!
We live in a sue-happy society and with judges who allow such ridiculous suits to move forward, it will not end anytime soon.
With this case, from all reports, this was a planned lawsuit. She did not wear the headscarf to her interview, nor did she wear it when first hired. Sometime later, she appeared at work wearing her “Muslim” headscarf and when questioned and told it was not something she could wear in public, per company guidelines, surprise, surprise she decides to file a lawsuit.
Makes ya wonder, no?
Fishing for a settlement only.
Sounds like Disney tried hard to keep her in their employ. In my view, she has no case and the suit should not make it to court.
My guess is that the ACLU is “the ghost” plaintiff here.
