Just like November 8, 1988 (not 1989) California shows it is the “not my fault” state again. 5 out of 58 counties passed prop 103 (Total vote was 51.2% to 48.8%) and shot down prop 104 solely due to ignorance. Individually being held responsible in California is not something at least 51% of our population wants. It’s not about privacy. It’s all about selfishness.
The best thing that could happen is not only monitoring my driving habits, but simultaneously shoot video of the idiots driving around me. Give me a discount on the insurance and commission on the number of tickets I could issue with video to prove it.

What is the big deal? The boxes are not mandatory. If someone thinks they are a better risk than the statistics say they are, they should be allowed to prove it with a box installed.
