There will be a serious lack of water in hydrants for firefighters after a quake breaks water mains. See the report to the California Seismic Safety Commission. The report predicts huge property losses due to fire. http://www.bit.ly/UMotZP

I have invented a digitally controlled relay pumping system that can move water long distances to fight the fires and deliver emergency drinking water. http://www.bit.ly/UMotZP

One version of the invention is a hose system that can surround neighborhoods and protect them from fires. http://www.bit.ly/Tq04bV

If there is some customer interest, a major fire equipment company will build the system. Please help if you can.
