    Here’s a “B” word for ya to fire back with, “BOZO”. It’s ILLEGAL to drive without insurance in most states, so why would it be an un-fair punishment?

    Why can’t it considered a reward for those who OBEY THE LAW?

    Not from CA so no skin in that game…just sayin’

    Yes it is illegal to drive without Ins. but here in Ca. they dont enforce it enough.

    Californians — What was Prop 32? The article mentions it several times but never says what it was.

      It was about automatic payroll deductions for union dues. It does mention it in the article.
