What was he doing on the golf course at 11 o’clock at night? There are many injuries he could have sustained in the dark. Sounds like his fault. I think when something like this is awarded, the golf course should have to match the amount the victim pays. So if the victim pays himself $6 million dollars, then the golf course can too. If he pays himself only $600, then the golf course matches that.
He was night putting. Duh!

Hard to believe the golf club could be that negligent and not have more claims…..do have to wonder how much this man contributed to his own injury.
