Don’t get your hopes up boys and girls, as I see it nothing in Arizona will change. As your article clearly wrote “Under Arizona’s law, residents must prove that their presence in the U.S. is “authorized under federal law” to be eligible for driver’s licenses”. No matter how DHS clarifies its policy, illegal aliens are not authorized under federal law, because only congress can write federal law.
Obama is not above the law, even though he thinks he is and so do his cronies. Brewer is following Federal Law, not Obama law. Two different things…at least I hope they still are.
