Politically Correct Beck has already said that he’ll appeal and until the appeal is heard won’t enforce this section of the Ca Vehicle code.

the pro illegals claim that getting a license will make them safer drivers-so an 18 year old with a license is a safer driver than a 30 year old without a license simply because one went through a test at the DMV and the other didn’t?

And to voice another frustration, WHY CANT local authorities enforce Federal Law regarding immigration? They enforce all of the others. When they get a call for bank robbery or kidnapping, do they say, “Oh, we can’t respond to that – you’ll have to call the FBI?” — No, they don’t!
