“Anti-terrorism Laws are about to get tougher. Any traveler that refuses to surrender all email, social media and banking account credentials will be branded a persistent terrorist.”

“Anti-pedophilia laws are about to get tougher. Any adult that refuses to install a 24/7 CCTV camera in their bedroom will be branded a persistent pedophile.”

In other news, the Fourth and Fifth Amendments were nullified by unanimous votes in both houses of Congress.

LOL Excite….Refusing to give evidence against yourself to facilitate a conviction. Welcome to the new Amerika. That pesky 5th amendment needs to be ignored for someone who had a glass of wine at dinner. What next, forced blood draws on the side of the road by an untrained cop all under the guise of safety?

It’s good to see the MADD neo-prohibitionists are working in the background with the pandering for vote legislators to pass bad laws that do nothing to save lives and everything to line municipal coffers

So…you have to submit to a sobriety test if you’ve been drinking, but you’re exempt if you’re stoned and driving. [Colorado’s Amendment 64 does not have a blood limit set for drivers]

Yeah…that makes a lot of sense.

“If they want their driver’s license back under a one-year suspension, they would be required hook a breathalyzer to their car to start it and stay off the road for at least two months.”

So that one year suspension is really a two-month suspension if they agree to hook up a breathalyzer to their car, or it’s a one-year suspension and THEN a two-month waiting period after you request the breathalyzer? That’s a really confusing way of saying….well, what are you trying to say actually?
