So, this teacher was the subject of a previous suit settled for close to $1 million and was not fired? Now the District is shelling out an additional $8 million for the same teacher’s actions? Unbelievable. She must have tenure.
Tenure or not, this woman needs to be fired and banned from ever teaching or working with children, in ANY setting, ever again. All licenses should be revoked for lifetime, in every state, no exceptions.
