I am so sick and tired of seeing the estates of inmates bringing action against all of us due to there “medical needs” not being met. Had the individual not done the action that put them behind bars in the first place this would all be mute.
Society can not afford to hold the hands of accused and convicted criminals! Don’t do the crime and you don’t have to worry.

You honestly believe in the death penalty for pot possession? Let’s put an end to the war on drugs and we won’t have to worry about the medical needs of a young man who turned himself in for pot possession. The financial and human cost of the war on drugs is unacceptable.

Our jail system must exercise due care to safeguard prisoners. While I don’t condone outrageous or frivolous lawsuits, the fact that the young man died from an allergic reaction is not acceptable.
