    Make it law that when a TNC driver is awaiting their next assignment, they do not drive around, once they have put their app. on. until they are to drive to the next job.Then it becomes obvious who should cover them if anything happens between the time their app. was turned on and when it was turned off again. Surely TNC’s can track movement through their apps. All other times TNC drivers are to resort to their personal insurance.

    @DonJergler – thank you for the update to TNC in Ca., however there are lots of typos that distracted from this article, the Insurance Journal really should provide articles with better proofing and editing.
