    BUT, will the governor sign the bill? Hope not. Interesting that the article states that any insurance proceeds will go to the lienholder or body shop…… there is an exclusion on the PAP on the physical damage portion that if the car is used in livery…. so no coverage. So unless the driver gets commercial insurance, the lienholder doesn’t have to wait around for insurance proceeds.
