Seriously? Hershey honestly thinks people will confuse the two? Don’t they know the chocolate purchases come AFTER the pot purchase. Sheeesh!!

If you saw the news report, the packaging is the same but the name is the only difference. Hershey has a valid concern in that after people eat the pot candy, and they go shopping for real candy, they may end up buying pot candy.

I bet the list of ingredients is also different. Hey guess what else: Hot coffee is hot! Accidental consumption by children? Children aren’t allowed to buy from pot dispensaries so I guess that means that irresponsible adults left it within reach of children. This is not the fault of the edibles manufacturer.

Hershey may have a concern, but it’s complete bullshit. You can’t go to the grocery store and accidentally buy pot brownies in the snack section. That isn’t how it works.

Don’t you worry Hershey. People getting baked and having the munchies will still boost your sales.
