The Ninth Circuit is the most reversed of all of the federal courts of appeal. Arizona should definitely appeal. If nothing else, we will find out whether the only way to regain control of our border becomes through extra-legal means.

Maybe Brewer should just tell them to STFU, like their counterpart did to SCOTUS recently.

so in this ruling we may as well open our borders and let all illegals come in. let them run the place, we’ll have to move somewhere else. I just hate to see my tax dollars at work under the Obama scheme of things.

Why can’t these reporters get it right? These people are not immigrants! They are criminals who have illegally invaded our nation. Immigrants are people who come here legally through the proper channels without breaking the law. I have the utmost respect for immigrants and zero tolerance for illegal invaders.

This article makes it sound like Arizona is trying to deny drivers licenses to immigrants. That is not true. If you came from another country legally, you would have no trouble getting a license in Arizona. It’s only if you are a criminal that they are trying to deny you.

Besides, I’ve always heard that “driving is a privilege not a right”. I guess that’s not true anymore so all those people who lost their licenses for DUI or other offenses should get them back now since criminals have a “right” to a drivers license! Way to go knuckleheads!

I’m an illegal invader….so are my ancestors….but we are white, so I suppose that just makes us settlers.

there you go…play the race card. Race has nothing to do with it. Whatever you are, you are welcome in my country as long as you go through the proper channels and come here LEGALLY. what’s the point of having borders if you’re not going to enforce them?

Go ahead…try and sneak into Canada, Mexico, any European country…see how long they let you stay.

I understand both sides of the argument. Illegal is illegal. But, when you are more or less a refugee, fleeing from a society stricken with extreme violence and extreme poverty, you don’t necessarily have the $10,000 and 7+ years it takes to go through the process. So, I can understand why someone would try. Much like I understand why our own poverty stricken, victims of 30+ years of Reaganomics, may take fruit from a streetside market in order to feed their families. We need to reform the immigration process here. Oh, and we need to roll back Reaganomics. #failedpolicies

Reaganomics is near infallible compared to Obamanomics.

They are the same thing. We are still practicing trickle down under this administration. Nothing has changed. One of several knocks I have on President Obama. Where are the tax breaks for Main St he talked about? Instead, he just continues to allow the top earners and corporations to have their breaks. Actually, that’s more on Congress. Our President has made it clear he feels the little man should be receiving help these days. He isn’t allowed to create the economic strategy, he doesn’t have that power. The elites in Congress can’t agree with The President because their pockets are being lined by those on top and the lobbyists. Trickle down is actually trickle up. So, we continue to struggle. What we have in this country is a demand problem. Why don’t we have demand? Because Romney’s beloved 47% (actually, closer to 53% at the time of the last election), do not have disposable income to spend and create a demand. Until that is addressed, we will suffer.

Can we take the money we are throwing away on some drunk guy suing the President, having meaningless Benghazi hearings, and holding 50,000 “repeal the PPACA” votes and put it back in our pockets instead? This Congress is the most wasteful I’ve seen.

I don’t think I really played the race card…I just think it’s laughable that “Americans” pretty much annihilated and entire group of people, turned them into mascots and then we turn around and get mad at other people trying to come here and do the same thing our ancestors did….make a better life for themselves.

If we go by who came here LEGALLY, I’m pretty sure most of us would have to get out. Because those lovely quota laws haven’t been around since 1776, which I’m sure you know that.

And why would I sneak anywhere, I’m already American.

There is something to be said for Nebraskan’s comment. Everyone is talking about the brown people, mainly kids mind you, coming up from the south and no one is talking about the huge Russian illegal immigration problem we have.

I actually don’t really know how I feel about all of this. I can see both sides of the situation….where I get angry is that it’s kids. It breaks my heart that any child anywhere has to endure these hardships. But it’s not even just Mexico! Look at what has happened in Haiti, look at Asia, and those little girls in Africa that their government doesn’t even care about?!?!?!

But, I know there are too many children in this country that don’t have enough food, clothes, a good home, etc….and are in no better condition than the kids in these other countries…can’t we help them first?

But, instead of finding a solution, we just scream, “speak English!” and “you came here ILLEGALLY.”

As usual, no one wants to solve the problem, they just want to yell.

Actually, this might be a way of figuring out who all those undocumented people are and where they can be located.
