Gillespie has found zilch in the twenty plus years he has searched for Amelia Earhart, yet he continues to fool the gullible public into donating money that goes directly into his personal bank account.

Mellon’s lawsuit may help to stop the gravy train.

Dave, you might want to check your facts, check the Tighar website and you will find out.

I believe your position is the “exact opposite” of the lawsuit against TIGAHAR. The Mellon folks believe he has found it. Sorry for the delay….just watching a documentary on it tonight on Discovery. They need to start looking for MH370, if they aren’t already. My personal opinion is this group, TIGAHAR, is honorable.

Gillespie has not found a shred of credible evidence of Earhart or Noonan after twenty years of searching. He will however continue to fool the gullible public into sending him $$$. Over $100,000 each year goes into his personal bank account.

Mellon figured out what was going on… that is what this lawsuit is all about.

    Ric Gillespie reports today….

“This morning the judge ruled from the bench that, under Wyoming law, he can’t grant our motion to dismiss me as an individual because any interaction I had with Mellon was as Exec. Dir. of TIGHAR.
He did not rule from the bench on our motions to dismiss fraud and negligent misrepresentation.”

Why would they postpone the discovery of the greatest aircraft crash mystery when there is a bigger one now…Malaysia plane MH370??? Maybe the lawsuit started too early??? Just look at Air France Flight 447…it took 2 years to find it, and they knew where to look. This isn’t Rocket Science, it’s much harder. I would be very interested to hear opposing view points, especially from the Mellon supporters. Thanks. (Open to new points of view.)
