I was on the road right before this happened and saw the improper behaviour of the “pilot” (cell phone) as well as the short distance between “pilot” and the over-sized truck. I even commented on this to my friends and shortly thereafter heard about the accident. Hope the investigation leads to IMPROVEMENTS along the entire chain!
