In recent years it has not illegal to hold church in a public building and there are numberous court cases to prove it (in favor of school systems). Talk about reverse descrimination! Wonder what religion this plaintiff actually practices!?!
If the school was renting out their facility on a Sunday — how is that promoting the church. They are renting out their property one day a week — it is not a school function. If the school rented out the all-purpose room for a wedding, would they be promoting only married people and viewed as discrimination against single parents. If the school rented out a room for a retirement party, would they be promoting quiting jobs? Just doesn’t make sense
