    You would think the 2 plantiffs in these cases would coordinate their lawsuits so that they both say the car was going the same speed. Or is that their plan?

      Hey, maybe if they get enough family members to individually sue on the same accident, they can file for class action status?

    I hope Porsche wins. This is ridiculous – the guy made his career on driving fast and dangerously. Sorry the dude died, but he did it on his own terms.

      The reports I saw said Walker was a passenger and the car was going at a very high rate of speed (over 100) when control was lost and it crashed. I am not sure any car could have taken the impact and protected the occupants.
