Seattle would very much like to be an independent socialist “state.” Government should control every aspect of life, except certain people, like Paul Allen, Bill Gates and the like, in the high tech world. The politicians there (supported by the masses, though) believe everyone should be unionized and with the exception of some Uber special rich, (no pun in ten did), there should be massive redistribution.
