Back in the days when the Taxi concept evolved, there were little restrictions. As time went on, the Fed Gov’t got involved and started making laws for the companies to follow that made the taxi a safer business for people needing a ride. Uber is a taxi service. If the Gov’t is relaxing the rules for Uber, are they admitting they should not have put in all those requirements for Taxi companies, or is Uber greasing the palms of politicians?
