So is my 25 year old son who lives with my wife and I covered under the homeowners policy or do we need to get him an HO4 policy? He has graduated from college and is working full time so he is no longer a student.
He has his own car and this car is insured on our auto policy and he is listed as a driver so I am confident he is covered for the automobile.

      Bill,

Yes, your son is a resident relative and is extended protection in the HO policy; he is a Family Member under the auto policy. Under the auto, as long as the car is listed you are OK. To disclaim, this is based on the info provided and using ISO language. There is no age limit to resident relative or Family Member, only the requirement of residency (mailing address, tax address, etc.).

        Christopher,

        Thank you for the clarification.
