No. It’s Not Just the Insurance Company’s Fault the Policy is Hard to Read

    There are arguments in both directions. But even if you read and understand your policy it is very, very hard to pursue the insurance company to change anything. Insurance policies are standard contract terms agreements and in 99.9% of the cases are not subject to negotiations. So, yes – it is crucial to read and understand your policy, but there is nothing you can do if you don’t like it (except not signing which is not a real option though).
