    Great blog.
    I think the #4 can be the most critical. Management needs to fully buy in and set the expectation. Without that, staff will revert to the old way of doing things. And of course, #7 and #8 – consequences and monitoring/auditing help that too!

    You are so correct. Most business that only have senior management partially on board will get the same reasults- partial.
