Read those contracts very carefully - how much will it cost you to leave. What do they bring to the table and most of all contact at least 5 of their current agents and get their thoughts.

Absolutely - Your credit card can be charged for the total cost of repair PLUS the cost of lost rental. The insurance will cover some of this but will may not cover any interest charges that could occur if the repair could not be made in a timely manner .
