We generally offer $1M/$1M for $1,250 + $150bf for P&C agents licensed 3+ years.
If you're really get $1M/$2M for $1,250, then I would say that it's still a good deal even with a $200bf.

I would try the regular carriers such as Philadelphia, Chubb, Travelers, CNA and Hartford.

You will probably not be able to get an appointment from a major carrier since you don't have an existing book of business.
You should look into joining a cluster which will give you market access.

When you start an agency, it is next to impossible to get an appointment from a major carrier. You might be able to work something out with a small regional carrier if they see that you're serious about generating some business. You should look into either writing through a MGA or joining a cluster/...
