It's really too bad that the lead gen business has gotten so lazy in terms of keeping quality. There are definitely lead companies that generate their own leads and have high closing ratios... AND great return policies. Check out InsuranceFiles.com.

Have you tried BuzzStream? It's like a roll-a-dex that you can add notes to, follow up reminders, when the last time you got in contact with the person, etc. It's mainly a social media tracker, but I use it to see who I've spoken with and what I need to follow up about.

There are definitely some good agencies out there that do only offer real-time and exclusive leads. They'll even give your money back if they are unusable or duds.
