Outside of California I understand they have some great programs. 8) In CA however they are in the middle, I don't use them much. :roll: I have other carriers that have better rates and coverages.

Marty, check out Pacific Specialty Ins. http://www.mcgrawgroup.com/ They are in your State and also very competitive in CA. Great Motorcycle and HO-3 and DP-1,2,3 programs. I have used them over the years, not my favorite for customer service but you need markets 8) 8)

MrBill, your argument would make sense for a (good neighbor fence) because it's shared property. Yes old fences are depreciated. HO-3 policy is a 100% replacement cost form and that applies to a private detach home Roof. Detach roof is not depreciated... 8)

Thanks Cash for your response, however its kind of ironic your email name Cash reminded me of applied system (CASH). :? If you must know Applied is a dinosaur, we have several agencies within our cluster moving to Nexsure. I have finely seen the light and the cost. X-Dimensional is it.
