Have you tried Union General Insurance Services? They have a huge Mobile Home program and I'm fairly certain they can write vacant risks. (925)671-2128. Good luck

Have you tried the Insurance Journal's Directory of Excess, Surplus & Specialty coverages on the web site? US Risks writes it in Texas, but I'm not sure about costs. <BR>Unity Risk writes it. They are in Walnut Creek. Call Mait Dimmock at 925-942-4020-I think their prices are quite high, though....
