Rental Dwellings

Not much capacity on LI if you're looking for a competitive rate. Are they one / two family dwellings? Coastal will also be a huge factor, and very challenging if East of Riverhead.

insured's owned property over water

Iwrite a large volume of boats. When you say "insureds owned property over water" exactly what are you trying to cover? His personal property, or the boat while it is being transported overland?
