Any line really. I am just trying to see how an endorsement like this would be structured. Ideally Med Mal but I could make auto or GL work too

I am trying to find a sample endorsement that provides "floating" limits of insurance. I believe I have seen one before that will modify the insurance limits on a policy automatically to meet State Minimums.

Anyone have an idea of what the title on that might be?
