HI gang. I am new to the insurance industry and am strictly in charge of marketing for a P&C Agency (I am not licensed and do not write policies). I keep a CPS (Cost Per Sale) at around $120 or lower. I am new to this only 10 mos in but have since been able to keep that well under $120 per sale....
