I was trained that class 63011 Dwellings - Two Family would be more appropriate and the premium basis would be "1". I wonder how many other options will be posted here? Isn't insurance fun!

If the insurance company is unwilling to endorse the policy to give notice of cancellation to a 3rd party (certificate holder), then any modification of the wording on the certificate will open up an E & O exposure for the agency issuing the certificate. If the agency strikes out the "will ...

OCIP offsite exposure
This may be a bit of a stretch but if your artisan contractor parks across the street from the OCIP project and in walking material onto the jobsite hits a bystander then you could have an offsite incident that would not be covered under the OCIP GL or the artisan's non-wrap GL.
