LaPorte I have seen and just about anything that close to the coast. But Harris County - especially if you are North of I-10 - I have not seen much of a change. Even with frame. What carriers?

I know that here in Texas there is an actual form that the Texas Department of Insurance produces regarding uninsured subs on the WC. It basically states that if the sub signs the form, he agrees that he is completely barred from any of the benefits that might be afforded him if he were an employee....

I have to say - I am a little surprised that the non-compete issue has not been touched on much. I am not aware of many agencies/carriers who don't have some sort of non-compete language in the employment agreement.
